They already have an established set of social platforms which they have been posting to for over two years, but they’re now looking for someone to take the reins and help their content reach as many people as possible, while building relationships with their partners and users.
Social Media Manager
Our Ideal candidate;
Due to the continued growth within their business, they have an opportunity for a versatile and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join their team. Based in Leeds and reporting to the Head of Marketing, they are looking for someone who is highly creative and experienced in social media management, creating content plans and driving engagement to their brands. Someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into creative campaigns, whilst being able to contribute their own ideas.
Marketing Executive
Core responsibilities;
• Management of all social media channels for the group; focusing on driving engagement, user interaction and growing our organic reach and followers. We share our content on Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and Facebook. In the future, we’d look to start using TikTok as well.
• Create campaign plans and generate ideas to share with the Head of Marketing.
• Analyse and report on performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc… Then utilising that data to adjust and improve future campaigns.
• Management of paid ads and reporting the effectiveness of different campaigns in comparison to their budget and results
• Keeping up-to-date with trends and insights to proactively spot and propose new opportunities.
• Build relationships with other brands, as well as our own partners/advocates to plan and carry out joint social campaigns.
• Assist with the management of all social media pages, ensuring all comments and queries are responded to in a timely manner. Ensure general social media housekeeping is maintained in-line with active promotions/events for each brand.
• Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day marketing tasks as and when required.
Digital Marketing Manager
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience using social media platforms in a business capacity; including analytics modules and ad management platforms.
• An understanding of how to tailor content to each platform/audience and the best ways to drive organic growth and engagement.
• Excellent copywriting and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to research and present information in a clear, concise and interesting manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/image editing is advantageous, but not required.
