Head of Design
Job Summary;
 
You will be responsible for all aspects of the design process from initial concept to final detailing of artwork for production.  
 
Your role will require you to work on a variety of contracts in the Brewery, Leisure and Retail sector. You will be able to create design schemes using corporate guidelines and also have an ability to help develop signage guidelines for certain projects.  There will also be a need for a creative input on various projects.
 
Design Manager
Core responsibilities;
 
You will work with a cross-discipline team and produce graphics that are consistent with existing styles, standards and specifications, working from detailed designs to produce high quality visuals.
 
You should be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively, coordinating with other members of the team where necessary and managing the work flow within the Department. This role requires flare and dedication.
 
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the designers in the team.  This will involve coordinating the work flow and managing the capacity in the team.  It will at times involve coordinating work with subcontract designs in times when the volume of work can not be met by the internal team.
 
Other aspects include 
 
•      Reporting to a Director
•      Working alongside a team of 3 designers
•      Coordinating the work load through the team
 
Senior Designer
Required Skills:
 
•      Have a background of the usual software programs such as Illustrator, In design, Photoshop and Corel Draw
•      Exceptional skills will be required with Adobe Creative Suite
•      You will need to be creative, adaptable and have a strong visual awareness
•      You will be required to demonstrate a variety of design solutions and show your potential to express your ideas creatively
•      It will be essential for you to be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills and have an ability to work competently under pressure
•      Working to tight deadlines on a range of client briefs will be required
•      You will need to be able to work collaboratively in a team environment 
•      Show the ability to ensure brand guidelines are followed
•      Be flexible with a can-do attitude
•      You will need to be able to come up with original concepts and also be able to design and follow the process through to finished artwork
