They are looking for someone to join their team while their Design Director is on maternity leave. The role is an 8 Month Maternity Cover Contract starting in the first quarter of 2024 (with the potential to extend).
 
Senior Designer
Our Ideal candidate;
 
They’re searching for an experienced senior designer with good people and management – who loves to push thinking.  Whilst management experience is not vital, and you will not be expected to pick up HR related management, it is important that you will feel comfortable in supporting other members of the team and take a lead on the work that is being produced. 
 
You will need to be passionate, knowledgeable, and hard working as well as a flair for conceptual thinking and strong graphic design skills. You’ll be happy to get stuck into a wide variety of projects – from branding to packaging, from advertising to digital performance assets. 
 
In summary, the maternity cover senior designer position will be a key addition to their team playing their part in the growth of the agency, helping continue to increase their momentum and add to their range of large and small clients.
 
Creative Team Leader
Core responsibilities;
 
•      Be responsible for producing standout design and creative.
•      Be involved in the entire creative & design process from concept to delivery.
•      To help develop other members of the team and be there as a strong support for them when needed – will not be responsible for HR management. 
•      Ensure all work produced by the agency is to a high standard.
 
Senior Graphic Designer
Required Skills:
 
•      Be able to work independently under your own initiative as well as cohesively with the wider team.
•      Be a confident communicator, able to articulate your ideas both internally to the team and externally to their clients.
•      Be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
•      Be a creative thinker and have a passion for idea creation.
•      Have an eye for the craft of design and a keen attention to detail.
•      Have a solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign… naturally.
•      Be curious and interested in the wider world – not just your own back yard.
 
Additional skills that would be a bonus:
•      Confidence in copy writing
•      Animation
•      Video editing
•      Social Media experience
•      Illustration
•      Retouching
