We’re working with an award-winning Leeds-based creative agency that’s at a pivotal point of growth — and they’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead and inspire across brand, digital, and campaign projects.

The Role:
 
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Studio and Creative Director to shape the creative direction of the agency’s output. This is a hands-on design role with strategic weight — perfect for a conceptual thinker who’s as confident crafting campaigns as they are mentoring more junior creatives.
 
Expect to:
Lead the design process across print, digital, campaign, and branding projects.
Translate complex client briefs into compelling, effective visual solutions.
Collaborate with account teams and clients to ensure every creative touchpoint hits the mark.
Pitch ideas internally and externally — you're confident presenting and selling in your vision.
Stay ahead of creative trends, pushing the agency's offering forward with fresh ideas.
Take ownership of key accounts, guiding design output and maintaining quality and consistency.
 
 
What We’re Looking For:
 
5+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team.
A standout portfolio showing brand identity, campaign work, and digital design.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as a minimum).
Strong conceptual and strategic design ability.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior/midweight designers.
Confident client communicator — you're persuasive, personable, and collaborative.
Strong understanding of commercial creative: you know how design drives results.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
