A dynamic, forward-thinking creative agency in Sheffield is seeking an exceptional Senior Creative to lead their design and brand initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, hands-on designer who can deliver big ideas, oversee projects from concept to execution, and work closely with clients.
 
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development of innovative brands, rebranding projects, and ongoing brand evolution.
Design and execute creative advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Produce high-quality visual content including brochures, logos, digital assets, and motion concepts.
Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to bring ideas to life.
Present and communicate creative concepts directly to clients when required.
Maintain organised, structured creative files and workflows.
Occasionally roll up your sleeves on production tasks and final artwork.
 
Skills & Experience:
Proficient in branding, typography, logo design, brochure design, and concept-driven advertising campaigns.
Comfortable with After Effects and/or storyboarding for motion graphics (experience a plus, not essential).
Knowledge of HTML5 / ePub design advantageous.
Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling solutions.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects and a small team efficiently.
Personable and collaborative, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
