Are you a designer who can do more than make things look good?
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Creative who blends brand thinking with sharp design, commercial acumen, and a knack for storytelling. If you’re just as comfortable sketching concepts as you are discussing strategy – and you’re happy to roll your sleeves up across everything from brochures and banners to animations and photo shoots – this could be your next big move.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering compelling creative work that drives performance – not just looks pretty. You’ll support campaign development across digital, print and video, working closely with the Brand Manager and wider teams across digital, ecommerce and content. This is a genuinely varied role where you’ll be working across:
- Campaign creative, digital assets, POS and print design
- Video editing and simple animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Assisting with photography and video shoots (styling, setup, content planning)
- Exploring creative territories using AI tools like MidJourney or ChatGPT
- UX-focused design for ecommerce platforms
- Collaborating across teams to elevate every touchpoint of the brand
What We're Looking For
You’ll need to be confident working across multiple projects, brands and formats, keeping a keen eye on consistency, detail, and results. You’ll also need:
- 4+ years’ experience in a design or creative role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- A polished, versatile portfolio that shows both creative flair and performance thinking
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and UX principles
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and asset creation
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- A balance of commercial awareness with creativity – you understand what drives customer behaviour
- Comfortable working on photo/video shoots and with creative tools like AI or Figma
Bonus points for:
- Experience with 3D renders (Adobe Dimensions, SketchUp etc.)
- Knowledge of Klaviyo, Magento or other CMS/email marketing tools
- Responsive design experience across mobile, tablet and desktop
