They are looking to recruit an experienced Photographer and Creative Marketer to play a pivotal role leading their Marketing and Photography output.
 
Property Photographer
Job Purpose;
 
Working at the core of the business you will oversee the Property Photography and Marketing campaigns for residential sales, lettings, and new homes developments, as well as for the business in general.
 
This is the ideal role for an extremely enthusiastic creative who wishes to grow their skills while leading the business in its marketing and media campaigns.

Core responsibilities;
 
Property Photography
• Photograph properties in readiness for marketing, ensuring the customer’s and company’s 
requirements are met to a high standard.
• Sketch up and compile property floorplans.
• Edit property photographs for web and print.
• Liaise with valuers and department heads to ensure on-time delivery of properties.
 
Creative / Marketing
• Liaise with clients to build unique brand identities for new home developments.
• Build branded content to launch / manage / wrap development marketing campaigns.
• Present ideas to the directors, including budgeting and forecasts.
• Manage Social media accounts and supervise content.
• Oversee the website and update content.
• Maintain an impeccably organised library of all data, images, videos, and project files.
 
Property Marketing
Required Skills:
 
You will ideally have a history in Photography along with some exposure to Videography, Digital Editing, Graphic Design or Marketing. You will need to balance creativity with meeting daily business goals and deadlines maintaining a high standard of content for all business sectors. 
 
Any prior experience in the property sector is very desirable but not immediately essential. 
 
This is an extremely unique opportunity in an industry where they are very much an outlier in the quality of content and marketing they produce.
 
You must have a good foundation and understanding in the technical and artistic aspects of photography, including natural light and flash setups.  A photography qualification / experience will be an advantage although not essential.
 
You MUST possess the following attributes
•      Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop 
•      A keen eye for detail
•      Honest, reliable and dedicated
•      Excellent communication skills
•      High level of computer literacy
•      Well organised and able to work using your own initiative
•      Able to deal with the unexpected
•      Smart appearance

• 40hr wk contracted – realistic flexitime 37.5hr wk average
• Limited flexitime is in effect, and you may be asked to work later or earlier to meet the needs of particular clients.
