Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose:

 

You will be involved in the day-to-day support of the Group Marketing Manager, providing marketing support by using strong your marketing skills with good organisation, analysis and communication. You’ll develop good project management and marketing ability and will bring a positive, proactive attitude to become a core part of the small marketing team.

 

Your role reports directly to the Group Marketing manager and will require some travel to breakfast meetings, workshops and exhibitions so you will need to be able to drive.

 

Online Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities;

 

•      Online Marketing tasks for the Company and sister companies

•      Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director

•      Learn to create reports for Pay Per Click and Google Analytics

•      Review and update Group websites with SEO in mind

•      Work on email marketing campaigns

•      Learn about and create Podcasts with different people in the industry

•      Organise photography and videography when needed

•      Review of competitor activities including their websites

•      Database management

•      Writing digital creative briefs and briefing designers

•      Proof reading copy

•      Learn to create digital advertising on Google, social media, and other platforms.

 

Social Media Executive

Required Skills:

 

•      Some experience in a similar online Marketing / PR / Social Media role

•      Copywriting / proof-reading skills

•      Strong communication / teamworking skills

•      Some social media knowledge, SEO or Google analytics

•      Podcast production is a bonus but not mandatory

•      Must be organised and can work on various projects at the same time

•      Able to work under pressure

•      Eye for detail

•      Passionate about all aspects of Digital Marketing / Comms / Social Media

•      Ambitious to grow your knowledge

•      Ability to drive
