The Role
 
As a Motion Designer, you’ll be leading projects from concept to delivery, ensuring every animation is visually striking and tells a compelling story. You’ll:
 
Create high-quality animations for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
Develop engaging motion graphics that bring ideas to life
Work closely with designers, illustrators, and strategists to ensure consistency and impact
Bring fresh ideas to the table, keeping up with motion trends and techniques
Use After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other tools to deliver dynamic, high-end motion content
 
 
What We’re Looking For
 
We’re after a skilled Motion Designer who is creative, detail-driven, and passionate about animation. You should have:
 
A strong showreel demonstrating animation, motion graphics, and video editing skills
Experience working in an agency or similar fast-paced creative environment
Confident skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion tools
A conceptual mindset – it’s not just about movement; it’s about telling a story
A keen eye for detail, timing, and composition
We want someone who’s always pushing for the best results, experimenting with techniques, and adding that extra bit of magic to motion projects.
