Creative Designer
Our Ideal Candidate;
 
As a Motion Graphics expert you will create compelling content that resonates with their clients so you will need to be an energetic, cooperative individual who thinks innovatively, pushes frontiers and loves creating beautiful imagery (and can then make it move). 
 
You'll ooze creativity, be able to work remotely and be technically strong. You'll be collaborative, communicative and be able to speak to different people in a variety of cultures.
 
This is a remote position so being an autonomous worker is paramount although constant training / support is given by senior creative members.
 
Animation / Video / Motion Designer
Core responsibilities;
 
Create multimedia design and execution, experimenting with imagery, gifs, video and animation across their various workstreams and platforms.
Use your multimedia design skills across all disciplines to experiment with visual language.
Create visual designs that effectively communicate concepts and brand identity, as well as the design and production of layouts, motion, animation, typography and artwork.
Find design solutions that will make their audience stop and engage.
Understand creative vision of the department and take direction from senior members of the team.
Ensuring all projects are executed within timelines and schedules.
 
After Effects
Required Skills:
 
Creative thinker with the ability to push ideas.
Proven experience working in a design team and an outstanding portfolio.
A high visual aesthetic with superb layout and typography skills.
Good knowledge of design trends and approaches across all digital media.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work across multiple projects.
Good communication skills with the ability to sell design ideas to wider teams or collaborators.
Pro-active and highly motivated.
Proven ability in animation.
Adobe After Effects / Premiere experience
Experience in Cinema 4D is a bonus.
Fully conversant in professional design software (e.g. InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop).
Experience working with remote teams on projects is desirable but not mandatory.
An interest in technology is a bonus.
Some global travel may be required (to the US).
