We’re working with a successful creative agency in Leeds that’s known for its bold thinking, fresh ideas and loyal client partnerships. They’re on the lookout for a Midweight Designer to join their collaborative studio and get stuck into a range of exciting brand-led projects.

The Role
As a Midweight Designer, you’ll be a key player in bringing big ideas to life — whether that’s through brand identity, campaigns, packaging or digital assets. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, while collaborating closely with senior creatives and account teams to deliver high-impact results.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ agency experience or equivalent in a design studio
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout and concept work
Confident in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Experience across both print and digital
Ability to interpret a brief strategically and creatively
Comfortable presenting ideas internally and (eventually) to clients
Organised, proactive and able to manage your own time and priorities
Bonus points if you’ve worked on campaigns or motion/animation, but not essential
