We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Midweight Creative to join the growing in-house marketing team of a large, multi-brand group business leading the way in sustainable innovation and essential services. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a business in transformation – from full-scale rebrands to new tech rollouts and internal communications overhauls.

 

You’ll work as part of an established creative function within an 11-strong marketing team, delivering thoughtful, high-quality design across digital and print – often at pace, and always with purpose.

 

      

The Role

 

This isn’t a business that stands still. You’ll be joining them at a pivotal time – a full ERP and CRM integration is underway, and a comprehensive company rebrand is about to roll out.

 

You’ll be involved in:

 

  • Designing across multiple brands, sectors, and formats
  • Supporting the rebrand through development of new assets, internal collateral, and comms
  • Working with developers, content teams, and wider stakeholders to create both functional and engaging visuals
  • Producing assets for internal channels, including an in-house TV platform
  • Delivering everything from brochures, banners and signage to digital content, email marketing, animation, and more
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas while keeping brand consistency front of mind

Once you’re up to speed, there’s room to carve out your own niche in the team and take ownership of your own market sector.

 

What We're Looking For

 

You’ll be a creative thinker with a proactive approach, capable of balancing quality with speed, and comfort across multiple deliverables. You'll need:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative/design role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design and creative flair
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Confidence in managing varied briefs and presenting ideas
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and brand application
  • A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • An interest in video and photography, with experience assisting on shoots a bonus
  • A commercial mindset – you’ll understand how design supports business and marketing goals
