They’re looking for a skilled 3D Designer to join their creative team and turn imaginative ideas into reality. If you love shaping concepts from initial sketches to production-ready 3D designs, this is the perfect role for you.
 
At this agency, you’ll work on a variety of high-profile retail projects, collaborating with passionate designers, production specialists, and brand teams. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on the way products are experienced in stores, while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced studio.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
 
Designing and developing 3D POS concepts from brief to production
 
Producing sketches, 2D/3D visuals, mock-ups, cutter guides, and production layouts
 
Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions
 
Estimating materials and timelines alongside the Operations Manager and Creative Director
 
Ensuring all designs are practical for manufacture and meet client requirements
 
Managing your own workload, priorities, and deadlines
 
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
 
Around 3 years’ + experience in 3D design (POS is ideal) within a busy studio environment
 
Proficiency in:
 
CAD experience such as ArtiosCAD or similar CAD software
 
SketchUp Pro or equivalent 3D modelling tools
 
Cardboard/paper engineering
 
Adobe Creative Suite (a bonus)
 
A strong creative and critical eye for detail
 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
