Graphic Designer

Our Ideal candidate;

 

You’re a Creative Midweight designer who has over 3 years studio experience and will be a full life cycle designer that creative as well artwork from start to finish.

 

You’ll be a conceptual, productive, and collaborative problem-solver, a cool head who can work to tight deadlines whilst at the same time maintain high levels of creativity.

 

As an advertising agency that develops engaging, vibrant and creative work that makes their services unique and memorable, they require an individual that shares this philosophy.

 

They’re looking for someone that is in it for the long-term journey who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

 

MW Designer

Core responsibilities;

 

Their small but long-established creative studio is looking for a dedicated team player, to grow individually, help build the team, and deliver projects to brief, budget and deadline.

 

You will:

 

•      Strive to progress and improve their creative content to the highest level.

•      Work with the Head of Studio to continually develop the Company’s visual brand, focusing on their unique personality and point of difference.

•      Always be thinking ahead, observing the marketplace and proactively developing new ideas.

•      Work with the other designers to maximise synergy in concept development.

•      Challenge briefs and work closely with account managers.

•      Sometimes be working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times.

•      Have the ability to work on a variety of projects and collateral types at any one time.

 

 

Middleweight Designer

Required Skills:

 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a creative agency or inhouse team.

• Someone who likes to think laterally, you’re not just a designer but someone who can come up with concepts and quirky themes as well as design forward thinking/ future proof material.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a brief, budget and deadline.

• Comfortable designing for print, digital and social briefs.

• Portfolio that showcases direct skills and creativity.

• Ability to effectively use Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Web or Property sector would be good but not essential.
