They are a small team, are very creative and provide inventive online / offline materials that include branding, advertising, new media, marketing and much more. Their clients range from small to household names and they are looking to recruit a junior / MW graphic designer to join the team asap!
 
Graphic Designer 
Our Ideal candidate;
 
You will be a dynamic designer that can create for a range of mediums, can work 360 design autonomously, be ambitious and enjoy working as part of an intimate team. Your style will be varied, innovative and you’ll have a good eye for detail. 
 
Creative Designer
Core responsibilities;
 
They are very busy so you will work on a multitude of creative projects including print, branding, online design, marketing materials and more.
Projects can range from retail catalogues, brochures, logos, web / banner layouts, editorial and digital designs. 
You will be working closely under the Creative Director, have direct involvement with clients and be committed to whatever it takes in order to achieve the highest standards of agency design.
 
MW Graphic Designer
Required Skills:
 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and commercial ability
• Ability to create artwork to corporate brand guidelines
• Be meticulous in your work and have a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) 
• Some digital exposure for web / emarketing work
• Ability to work on various projects showing excellent time management
• Punctual, pro active, enthusiastic and professional
• You enjoy learning and want personal growth
• Can work in a fast agency environment and work under pressure
