Graphic Designer

They’re looking for a Creative Designer to join their dynamic marketing team within a fast-paced, rapidly expanding multi-brand ecommerce business. Working directly with the Brand Manager and Senior designer you will create visually compelling assets and content for use across their range of ecommerce and non-transacting websites, social platforms and marketing literature. They need someone who is creative, can turn their hands to a variety of tasks and has a keen eye for detail. You will be a team player with a willingness to learn and work across all mediums.
 
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills across all aspects of graphic design and visual media, with the support of an experienced team. What you may lack in experience you will make up with creativity, commercial acumen and enthusiasm which will be evident in your portfolio.
 
Digital Designer
Core responsibilities;
 
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be an integral part of the creative process, working closely with the Brand Manager, Senior Designer, and marketing team to produce visually captivating graphics and assets that drive conversions across their e-commerce and non-transactional websites.

•      Updating brand websites and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
•      Collaborating with other designers and the marketing team to bring their creative visions to life.
•      Designing for both web and offline mediums while adhering to brand guidelines.
•      Managing multiple design projects, ensuring each receives the proper focus and attention.
 
Creative Designer
- Required Skills:
 
•      Deep understanding of Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro)
•      Prior experience of designing for websites
•      Has a portfolio that showcases their digital design expertise, with a focus on web banners, landing pages and email campaigns.
•      Possess a strong commercial acumen.
•      Communicates effectively and can articulate creative ideas with clarity.
•      Ability to multitask across multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to importance.
•      Flexible, positive attitude and approach.
 
 
Desirable Skills:
 
•      Photography 
•      Image manipulation and retouching 
•      Video editing and motion graphics experience
 
Other:
•      Due to location of the office and requirements of the role, a full driving licence and access to a car is required.
