Our client is a global brand in their specialist market and a cherished retailer that is at the onset of large growth due to continued successful results. A British brand and manufacturer, they are based in Skipton and looking for a Creative Brand Manager to join the team.

 

You will be based in the UK but this role does have hybrid possibilities and you would be required to travel to their Skipton Head Office most days of the week. Your role will provide creative output globally as the Company grows their International Online profile.

 

Creative Brand Manager

Overview;

 

As the creative brand manager, you will be the central communication channel, managing the day-to-day running of the creative team, managing timelines, suppliers and assets, supporting the Head of Brand & Creative, and generally making sure the team has what they need to do their best work.

 

They are looking for a creative, driven, strategic individual who can play a key role in driving creativity and consistency within their studio. Their ideal candidate will have a background in retail or similar and confidence in branding.

 

You will have experience with working on digital mediums as the organisation move to a digital first creative output, and this will be to a global audience.

 

Creative Manager

Core responsibilities;

 

Responsibilities will include making sure the creative team are set up to deliver all creative and digital projects to a brilliant standard, on time and budget. You will also be passionate about making everything the best it can possibly be whilst getting stuck-in to the day-to-day workload.

 

•      Monitoring, reviewing and filtering all creative and digital briefs, ensuring they are clear and thorough.

•      Create and execute design from concept to completion.

•      Carefully look at how much time is being spent on certain tasks to examine where workflow processes could be improved.

•      Support the Head of Brand and Creative in managing the creative budget and develop campaign plans.

•      Manage projects from initial idea to final completion.

•      Create and implement monthly deadlines, projects goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.

•      Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.

•      Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business and project needs.

•      Proof and review design work and check all documents before they are sent off.

•      Maintaining database of approved brand imagery and video.

•      Effective management of brand assets to create, reuse and repurpose.

•      Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts.

•      Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.

•      Demonstrate leadership skills in line with Guide level competencies, managing the performance of the Creative team, and supporting the development of individuals.

•      Deputise for the Head of Brand and Creative.

 

Digital Studio Manager

Required Skills:

 

Experience

•      5 plus years of experience at a brand, studio, or agency.

•      Proven experience in a similar role.

•      Management Experience

 

Qualifications

•      HND/Degree in a relevant subject.

 

Skills

•      Solid knowledge of design software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

•      A strong background in digital content creation with the ability to develop the digital skill set within the creative team.

•      Strong portfolio showing the breadth of design capabilities.

•      Excellent time management & organisation skills.

•      Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.

•      An ability to work independently and collaboratively.

•      Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.

•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•      An understanding for brand guidelines and digital/social platforms.

•      The ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard.

•      Experience with brand management and guardianship.

•      Experience handling external printers, with knowledge of print processes and creating print-ready artwork.

•      Experience of UX and UI working alongside developers (desirable).
