We’re recruiting an established Creative Artworker to join an in-house creative team based near Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This role leans slightly more towards artwork, production, retouching and image handling, while still offering creative input across campaigns.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys precision, consistency and high-quality output, but still wants to be part of a creative, ideas-driven studio.
The Role
You’ll support the wider design team by producing and preparing artwork across a mix of channels, ensuring everything is delivered accurately, on-brand and on time.
Responsibilities include:
– Producing print-ready artwork for marketing and campaign use
– Preparing layouts for brochures, catalogues, POS and promotional materials
– Retouching and editing photography for print, digital and social use
– Supporting designers with artwork rollout during busy periods
– Checking, correcting and finalising files for print and digital delivery
– Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and deadlines are met
What we’re looking for:
– Experience as a Creative Artworker or Designer/Artworker
– Strong Photoshop skills, particularly image retouching and colour correction
– Good working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator
– Excellent attention to detail
– Confident preparing final artwork and print-ready files
– Comfortable working across both print and digital outputs
