    They specialise in a fast-rising sector and are looking for a Paid Social Executive / Manager to come on board asap.

    They are looking for a talented individual to lead their Paid Social channel. They are willing to try new and creative ideas led by their marketing teams to grow their online space. They are looking for someone to fit in an organisation that cares about what it does and is mindful of the welfare of its staff and teams.


    Paid Advertising

    Core Responsibilities;


    As the Paid Social Executive / manager you will be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement and optimise their paid campaigns across all social media channels. There will be a focus on Facebook and Instagram, but you will be encouraged to test on other platforms too.


    Main Duties


    • Hold a strong understanding of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram


    • Build and manage innovative social campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPI, which may vary depending on business needs


    • Ability to identify new opportunities, learn and maximise performance


    • Analyse creative, targeting, audiences and landing pages to ensure the best results


    • Act as their paid social lead with the ultimate goal to increase revenue and market share within these channels


    • Regularly report on the performance and ongoing optimisation



    Paid Social Media

    Required Skills:


    Good commercial awareness of ecommerce


    Ability to manage multiple streams of activity and priorities those yielding the biggest gains for the business


    Understanding of key marketing metrics


    Build and innovate operational frameworks to scale capabilities


    Minimum of 1 or more years’ experience in Paid Social


    Ability to work well under pressure and maintain close attention to detail


    Excellent IT and Social Media software skills


    Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation


    Ability to work in partnership with other teams


    Excellent planning and organisational skills
