    Our client is one of the UK’s leading communications agencies, specialising in internal communications and employee engagement, developing communications and experiences across the whole employee journey. Based in Otley, Leeds, they are now in their 25th year and recently won IoIC Agency Team of the Year. This company works with high profile clients across the globe, ranging from Mercedes-Benz, Carlsberg, Direct Line Group, GSK, Southeastern Trains and many others.

     

     

     

    They are a team of client mangers, designers, content creators, digital and film experts, partnering with clients to bring strategy to life, enhance welcome and induction experiences, tackle tough issues such as mental resilience and cyber security and much more. Their aim is to positively impact the employee experience within the workplace and in turn affect the service employee’s deliver to customers.

    Client Services Manager

    The role:

     

    You’ll be a big part of the client management team working on a range of client accounts within the agency. Taking client briefs and strategically advising on different communication approaches to support the team to develop innovative materials that delight clients, ranging from everything from workshops, magazines, digital, events, gamification and experiential materials.

    You’ll be required to project manage and deliver on some of their key accounts so experience of getting stuck in is essential.

    Account Manager

    Core responsibilities;

    One of your main focuses will be developing great relationships with clients as well as advising and spotting opportunities for new work through existing relationships, conversations, pitches and proposals.

    You’ll work closely with other departments ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts.

    You’ll work with the deputy head of client management to develop their people and provide regular training and support to keep building expertise.

    Client Management

    • A strong manager, who is also great at people management
    • Great communicator
    • Knowledgeable and passionate about communications, preferably with internal communications experience but not essential
    • Great at building relationships
    • Be commercially and creatively minded
    • Confident, driven and passionate
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Excellent writing skills
    • A stickler for process and quality standards
    • Able to negotiate, have difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback
    • Previous agency experience (advantageous but not essential)
