    Our new job agency site has a tight focus on being clutter-free and easy to use. This guarantees you always make the right connection. No matter if you’re looking for a creative to join your team or looking for an exciting, new career challenge in your industry.

    Our new website reflects our passions and helps you find what you’re looking for quicker. We want people visiting our website to experience job-hunting differently, namely in an exciting way; as you never know what new career challenge is waiting for you or which new candidate could take your business to the next level.

    The result is a simple, clutter-free homepage that focuses on making the search easy. 

    We’ve kept our advanced searching options, like pages specifically for clients and candidates, but what’s changed is that you’ll get access to straightforward and easy job hunting.

    Behind this you’ll find our looping video of urban landscapes and creatives in their element, showing exactly what potential they have and how they can help your business grow. Our video shows the places our candidates have been and inspires candidates with the places they could go when working with us.

    We also made some big changes under the hood of our website. We’ve overhauled the content management system, which allows us to respond to incoming messages faster.

    It also lets us manage candidates, applications & jobs across multiple locations with much greater efficiency. These design decisions (among other decisions and changes) come from our friends at Electric – the creative team behind our website.

    Electric has vast experience of recruitment industry messaging and websites, so we sought their guidance on how to best show our skills and passion for matching clients with candidates. The end result is a perfect example of teamwork.

    Our re-design aim was to highlight our past, but also look to the future. We therefore kept the signature pink in our branding, as it’s a bold and exciting colour, which highlights our creativity. We also extended our colour palette to add complimentary colours, which symbolize how we’ve grown and evolved as a job agency.

    This growth can be seen in the highly positive reaction to our new site by the large increase in relevant applications, which we are receiving on a daily basis (both via the phone and online). Our new site also comes with a mobile responsive version, which enables our candidates to view and apply for jobs while on the go.

    Our new comprehensive application and job requirement form means that we have a much more efficient method of data retrieval. We, as a job agency, now have the tools to be even faster. And because of this, our productivity is going through the roof (metaphorically, not literally.)

    We can best see the positive reaction to the new site in the statistics. In the last few weeks, page views have increased by 14.11%, while unique page views have increased by 21.72%. The bounce rate has decreased, and organic search has almost doubled. The number of 30-day active users has also increased by over 200%. All these statistics point to the site serving our visitors better than ever.

    We now feel that we’ve got the perfect balance of old and new. We have consistent branding, new talent management software and social media strategies at our disposal (also thanks to Electric).
