    Our client is an exciting social media agency that works with a range of fantastic brands within the UK. Specialising in the B2C market, their team consults on and delivers integrated social media solutions across all media and they are looking for an account manager to join the team asap due to continued success!

    This role will be challenging, varied and consistently evolving, so they’re looking for someone who thrives in an agency environment. You’ll need to be able to comfortable overseeing multiple clients, each with their own individual content style, KPIs, tone of voice and deliverables.


    Social media account manager

    Core responsibilities;


    You’ll be client facing and responsible for strategy development, social adverting, analytics analysis, campaign creation and associated creative and ensuring your team delivers on their KPIs.


    Your responsibilities will include:


    – Developing social media strategies and campaigns

    – Using data to support every part of your social media strategy

    – Developing their clients’ paid acquisition strategy to maximise ROI

    – Having a strategic understanding of the social media landscape and emerging social trends

    – Supporting the team to ensure that the social media and content strategy is implemented and client targets are delivered

    – Monitoring and proof read outgoing content for consistency and quality

    – Developing campaign ideas to meet each client’s strategic goals

    – Proactively contacting clients to build relationships, developing an understanding of their needs and services required

    – Measuring social media campaigns and feeding back with ideas and improvements through monthly reporting



    Social media account manager

    Required Skills:


    – You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a strong attention to detail

    – You must be able to follow systems and produce high quality work within set timescales

    – You should have strong communication and organisational skills

    – You should have at least 2 years in a social media role inc social media management or digital marketing

    – You should have a detailed understanding of required content workflows in regards to video and motion graphic content creation, including storyboarding and writing creative briefs

    – An in-depth knowledge and working experience of using Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Social Publishing software such as Falcon IO, Sprout Social or Tweetdeck/Hootsuite

    – Proven experience of working with medium to large brands and attending / leading client meetings

    – Commercial awareness and experience of creating sales decks and proposals for prospective clients

    Salary £22-25k per annum
