    Our client is an exciting design and communications agency that works with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. Specialising in the employment sector, their large team consults on and delivers integrated creative solutions across all media for an array of leading Private and Public Sector businesses.

     

    As part of their Digital expansion plans they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Digital team and manage and improve the quality of their digital campaigns.

    Core responsibilities;

     

    • Development of Digital Marketing strategies and plans with a clear focus on engagement.
    • Work collaboratively to ensure the best possible solution and service for the client within agreed budget.
    • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our online portals.
    • Tracking conversion rates.
    • Developing and managing engaging complex segmented digital marketing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery.
    • Ability to understand data from different platforms to both provide insight and manage a continuous improvement plan.
    • Review technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
    • Manage and implement social media strategies
    • Manage relationships with external Digital advertising agency, ensuring maximum ROI.
    • Work with consultants to recommend appropriate solutions to meet client objectives.
    • Presenting strategies and results to clients and colleagues with confidence and authority.
    • Appreciation of the role of copy and design
    • Develop production schedules for the client and secure resources to deliver effectively
    • Critiquing both design and content.
    • Adhere to company production processes and controls including writing and producing communications, proof reading, sending email campaigns, handling data, building websites.

     

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Required Skills:

     

    • You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related subject plus a minimum of 3-5 years relevant commercial experience.
    • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics.
    • Proven track record in digital marketing and its role in integrated campaign strategies.
    • Experience of managing multiple projects.
    • Experience of A/B and multi-variate testing.
    • Fantastic communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
