Description:
My client is a very well established, leading, luxury retailer based in London. With retail outlets over London they are famous for providing their clients with high quality lingerie and a service second to none. They are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and PR Executive to join their team to help deliver the marketing strategy for the company at this exciting time of growth and expansion.
Ideally you will be a confident graduate with 2 years experience in a marketing/public relations role. Experience and/or interest in fashion and retail would be a distinct advantage.
This role will involve; general administrative support to the marketing team; day to day management of projects e.g. in-store promotions, events, email campaigns; analysis of marketing and press campaigns; copywriting; e.g. press releases, leaflets, posters.
Role
• General administrative support to personnel in the Marketing Department
• Telephone/email enquiry handling including calls from the press
• Distribution and management of all press samples and call-ins
• Organization of events, e.g. corporate evenings, in-store promotional events with customers
• Attendance and presentations at events, meetings and exhibitions
• Analysis of marketing and press campaigns; collating and evaluating press coverage, cost analysis of events, promotions and projects.
• Liaison with internal staff and external suppliers and contacts
• Day to day management of marketing projects e.g. customer promotions, email campaigns, promotional leaflets, online marketing (e.g. web updates, Twitter/Facebook management), new store openings
• Copywriting; e.g. press releases, leaflets, posters

• Able to work occasional weekends/evenings
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proven Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
• 2 years marketing communications/public relations experience
• Administration experience
• Organizational ability
• Experience and/or interest in fashion/retail/luxury brands would be a distinct advantage
