Established for over 20 years, they create eye-catching interface design for companies around the world, ensuring brand integrity and maximising customer engagement (especially within the finance sector). In addition, their media production experts provide both the technical and production skills to successfully bring brands to life through advertising (clients include blue chips in many different sectors). Hugely successful and growing in many areas, they urgently require a Senior Digital Designer to lead their Creative Services Team. Requirements: Requirements • You will be a creative individual who has a real passion for design. Having excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Self motivated and assertive you will drive the team forward into new areas. • You will have a sound knowledge of all things digital including digital brand development and digital user interface design. You must be fully proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and have some commercial experience / exposure using After Effects and Flash. A working knowledge of Fireworks is also required. • You must have an impressive portfolio to back up your commercial interactive design experience. Superb visual skills are essential. • You will be organised and have a track record of managing a successful team. Proven experience of delivering projects from concept to completion is required. • You will be comfortable meeting clients and great at managing client relationships. You will be fundamental to maintaining and expanding their existing client base. • You will intuitively interpret client requirements and communicate these clearly to other stakeholders. You will have experience and enjoy delivering concepts, proposals and pitches. Flexibility will be vital as proposals will take you primarily across the UK but also internationally.
